Tim Latham is a 20-year veteran in Boston commercial real estate and a Senior Vice President with the Suburban Office Brokerage Group. As a CCIM designee, he has the knowledge and experience to bring a competitive advantage to every brokerage assignment from lease restructuring and renewals to strategic and master planning for long-term real estate needs.

While earning his MBA, Tim learned to view real estate decisions in the context of overall strategic corporate objectives. His in-depth understanding of financial statements and strategies that align real estate planning with larger corporate goals provides an edge over competing brokers. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering work ethic, Tim takes a thoughtful and creative approach to ensure the most favorable outcome for his clients.

His primary focus is representing tenants in lease negotiations and relocations as well as acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. Specializing in Boston’s western suburbs, he also represents select Landlords to help them maximize asset values.

During his career, Tim has participated in a wide range of office, flex/warehouse, R&D and data center leasing and sales transactions totaling over 3.0 million square feet. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation held by only 3% of commercial brokers.

Tim graduated with honors from St. Lawrence University with a BA in Economics and Psychology and earned an MBA from Boston College. Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing golf, skiing, watching sports, and investing.
