LPC Negotiates 44,000 SF Renewal in Andover

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company recently announced the lease extension of Omtool at 6 Riverside Drive in Andover. LPC’s Rob Cronin and Ken Oppenheim represented the asset’s Dallas-based ownership during extension negotiations. The balance of the property will likely be coming available in 2016.
