LPC Sells 6 Industrial Parkway, Woburn to Granite City Electric

LPC’s Rob Cronin and Ken Oppenheim marketed 6 Industrial Parkway, Woburn on behalf of Ownership, and procured the Buyer, Granite City Electric, one of New England’s oldest and finest electrical distributors. 6 Industrial Parkway is a 27,570 SF industrial building, built in 1973. It sold for $2.3 million ($83.42 psf) on March 5, 2015.
