LPC Boston’s Suburban SVP Rob Cronin and AVP Ken Oppenheim recently represented Davco Floor Supply during their market evaluation of the Northern Suburbs for a free standing flex & distribution space. The New Jersey based Davco Floor Supply is a specialty distributor of wood flooring and associated products. Following a comprehensive market study, Davco, selected 10 Linscott Road in Woburn. The free standing 17,000 square foot flex building will serve Davco’s growing business operations. Cronin led the deal structuring and negotiations which ultimately netted the tenant a fair market purchase price of approximately $93 per square foot.
