December 3, 2018 (Boston, MA) – Lincoln Property Company continued its award-winning property management track record at the 2018 BOMA Boston TOBY and Industry Awards, earning three awards.
Each year, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards recognize the best and brightest in property management, building operations, and service in the commercial real estate industry.
In the ‘Mid-Rise Suburban Office Park’ category, Lincoln was honored for its management of Mill & Main, a 1.1 million square foot, Class-A brick and beam office campus located in Maynard, MA. The eight-building suburban campus, owned by Artemis Real Estate Partners and Saracen Properties, just completed a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program. Senior Property Manager Paul Sullivan and his team including Siouxzan Feller, Lynna Cuneo, Steve Werst, Jeff Pleau, Leon Tyler, Michael Gaillardetz and Zach Lashua, all contributed to winning the award.
LPC also won a TOBY in the ‘Under 100,000 SF’ category for its management of 959 Concord Street in Framingham, MA. The premier office building, located in the heart of the Boston Metro West market, is owned by Brede Exposition Services. General Manager Alison Morgan and her team including Chris George, Amanda Blackburn, Susan Carroll, Ken Duddy and Max Mathurin, all contributed to the win.
BOMA Boston introduced a new award this year to recognize individuals who inspire other young professionals early in their career. LPC’s Tiara Amarante was named the 2018 ‘Rising Professional of the Year’ for her efforts as Tenant Coordinator for The Newbury Collection, a mixed-use portfolio consisting of over 20 buildings in Boston’s Back Bay.
