The Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston – BOMA Boston (a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board) – which represents over 100 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Greater Boston area and surrounding suburbs, recently hosted its annual BOMA Boston TOBY and Industry Awards. Each year, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards recognize the best and brightest in property management, building operations, and service in the real estate industry. This year Lincoln Property Company came away with two Outstanding Building of the Year Awards.

The TOBY was introduced in 1985 as an annual award recognizing excellence in building management. Each year over 80 industry peer judges tour and rate entries to select the winning property in each category. The TOBY is a nationally recognized award the award dinner was attended by over 550 guests. LPC thanks all of their landlords for the opportunity to manage their assets.
