Boston, MA (August 11, 2020) – Lincoln Property Company has negotiated multiple new leases and renewals totaling over 56,100 square feet at Mill & Main, a 1.1 million square foot, eight-building creative office campus in Maynard, MA. Tim Latham, Chris Devaux, Carolyn Molloy and James Tambone of Lincoln’s West Suburban Brokerage team handle leasing on behalf of the Landlord.

In the age of social distancing, businesses are reimaging office and work life after the coronavirus. The pandemic has forced companies to focus on how they can keep employees safe, healthy and productive. Mill & Main was recently awarded Bureau Veritas’ SafeGuard™ Hygiene Excellence certification for health, safety and hygiene excellence. With this certification, the campus is already ahead of the curve to inhibit the spread of COVID-19.

“While companies weigh the options for return, many will see the value in a full or partial suburban relocation. From avoiding public transportation and packed elevators, to having access to additional space, the suburban campus setting at Mill & Main will be an attractive solution for many tenants,” said Chris Devaux, Vice President on Lincoln’s leasing team.

Recent leases signed include two new leases and several lease extensions and expansions.

  • Powell Flutes signed a long-term lease renewal and expanded its total square footage to 22,800 square feet.
  • TransPerfect Translation and Exponent Inc signed lease extensions for 16,530 square feet and 8,929 square feet respectively.
  • Integrated Project Management signed a new lease for 3,500 square feet. IPM, which provides strategic project management services to biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical technology companies, will be relocating from West Concord.
  • Jackpine Technologies renewed and expanded its lease to 3,880 square feet.

The 50-acre campus at Mill and Main is ideal for companies seeking a workplace that supports employee health and wellness. With a number of large footprints available, corporate users and small tenants alike will have the flexibility to create a new space that allows them to limit the density of their offices. The property can accommodate all users including flex/light industrial with offerings ranging from single 100 square foot offices to 150,000 square foot suites. Additionally, Mill and Main is easily accessible from Route 128, Interstate 495, Route 2, making the campus an ideal location for a suburban satellite office.

The combination of the MetroWest location, stunning brick & beam space, value and strong ownership provides a best-in-class office space solution in a safe and healthy environment. For more information about the benefits of Mill & Main, visit: https://www.millandmain-lpc.com/covid-19.
