New leases at RK Executive Center Marlborough include:
- ScerIS, Inc., an enterprise software developer, is relocating from Sudbury to occupy 8,750 RSF on the 1st floor. The tenant was represented by David Ross of Cresa.
- Mercator Advisory Group signed an 8,250 RSF lease on the 3rd floor. Mercator, which provides research and advisory services for the payments and banking industry globally, was represented by John Carroll III and Kevin Brawley of Colliers.
- Axis Engineering Group leased 2,300 RSF of office space on the 1st floor. The tenant was represented by Rob Mahoney of JLL.
