Lincoln Property Company’s North Suburban team, Rob Cronin and Jack Fisher, advised the investor/owner in the sale of two flex/industrial buildings adjacent to Route 128/I-95 in Woburn.
LPC first represented the ownership on the acquisition of the two of buildings at 3-15 Normac Road and 16-24 Normac Road which they purchased in 2015 for $89 pSF. Cronin and Fisher then served as the leasing agents for the 62,000-square-foot portfolio and achieved market high rents for the flex/industrial space. Five years later, LPC’s North Suburban team assisted in the sale of the fully-leased industrial properties to Brookfield for $150 psf.
