Boston, MA (February 26, 2018) – Lincoln Property Company Boston is pleased to announce it represented IWP (Injured Workers Pharmacy, LLC) in a 21,018-square-foot sublease to Sarepta Therapeutics at 300 Federal Street in Andover, MA.
Lincoln’s Senior Vice President Rob Cronin and Assistant Vice President Christopher Scott represented IWP, a national mail order pharmacy service, in the transaction.
“We are happy to have found an ideal solution for IWP as their space needs evolved. Certainly a win-win for both sides,” said Scott.
Sarepta Therapeutics, a Cambridge-based biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative RNA-targeted therapeutics, will utilize the additional office space for administrative functions. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
“The northern market remains one of suburban Boston’s strongest technology and defense clusters. With immense pressure across the Boston and Cambridge markets, we continue to see companies looking to I-495 locations for larger blocks of space as well as more economical solutions. The region attracts tenants seeking rent relief, R&D space and future growth opportunities,” said Cronin, who recently completed a 33,000 SF lease to Physical Sciences at 6 Riverside Drive in Andover.
