Boston, MA (October 25, 2018) – Lincoln Property Company is pleased to announce that CureVac, Inc. has signed a 13,000-square-foot lease at 250 Summer Street in Boston’s Seaport. LPC Senior Vice President Jeff Moore and Vice President Brendan Miller represented CureVac in their relocation and expansion.
“The Seaport remains an extremely tight market,” said Miller. “We were fortunate to secure a full floor at 250 Summer Street to accommodate CureVac’s growth and immediate office program.”
CureVac, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering mRNA-based drugs, announced in February it had secured new funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The German-based company, which formerly occupied office space at 34 Farnsworth, continues to expand its U.S. presence.
The landlord was represented by Kevin Kennedy, Jon Freni and Meredith Christensen of CBRE/New England.
