Boston, MA (March 13, 2017) – Lincoln Property Company Boston is pleased to announce three recent lease transactions totaling 33,000 square feet at 84 State Street bringing the building to 100% leased.

Lincoln’s Senior Vice President Jeffrey Moore and Vice President Brendan Miller represented the building owner, Invesco Advisors Inc., in the transactions. Stephen Rich of Avison Young represented Human Care Systems; Jeff Gates of Avison Young represented Guardian; and Malcolm See of Cushman & Wakefield represented Nth Degree.

“We are very pleased to welcome Human Care Systems, Nth Degree and Guardian to the building. Bringing 84 State to full occupancy is a testament to the building’s great attributes and excellent location,” said Moore.

As one of the city’s first office buildings, 84 State Street combines a distinctive historical status with all the modern amenities of a Class A office building. Access to major highways, walking distance to virtually all public transportation, public parking garages and proximity to some of the city’s favorite destinations make this one of Boston’s most attractive business addresses.
