BOSTON (June 29, 2016) — Cambridge College and Lincoln Property Company announced this week that the college has signed an 8,300 SF lease at 280 Merrimack Street in Lawrence. The building is owned by Lupoli Companies’ Riverwalk Properties.
During lease negotiations, Cambridge College was represented by Jeffrey Moore and Ken Oppenheim of Lincoln Property Company. Lupoli Companies was represented by Gerry-Lynn Darcy, Vice President of Real Estate at Lupoli Companies.

Riverwalk Properties is a prominent asset of Lupoli Companies, the owner and developer of several mixed-use properties that encompass more than 3.6 million square feet of commercial space.

In addition to the new Lawrence location, Cambridge College has signed a lease to consolidate their Cambridge locations to one space at Hood Park in Charlestown, MA. Lincoln Property Company also facilitated this transaction.
