Lincoln Property Company ranks 7th on Commercial Property Executive‘s 2018 Top Commercial Development Firms. With over 4.1 million square feet under construction and projects totalling more than 8.9 million square feet completed from 2015-2017, LPC rose four places since 2017.
The ranking is a weighted formula based on a variety of factors (only a few of which are specified here), including current and future plans, market value of projects completed and under construction, and geographic and property diversification.
