On September 7th Lincoln Property Company (LPC), Angelo Gordon and ARCO National Construction hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at 1000 Nickerson Road in Marlborough. The development team was joined by Marlborough City officials including Mayor Arthur Vigeant and Meredith Harris, Executive Director of the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
When completed in Q2 2023, 1000 Nickerson will feature 120,600 square feet of advanced industrial/R&D space in a prime MetroWest location.
1000 Nickerson Road in Marlborough, MA is a new speculative development with an optimal design for a GMP or Biotech facility. The building will have 10 loading docks, 32′ clear height and 60′ bay spacing. The large-area flexible core-shell will accommodate any R&D requirements or deliver mission-critical facilities for a range of innovative tenants.
