LPC Boston’s North Suburban Team is pleased to announce it has completed three interrelated lease transactions.
First, LPC has leased 50,000 SF in two phases to J.N. Phillips Auto Glass at 195 Wildwood Avenue, Woburn. The lease was for a ten (10) year term and the building will serve as JNP’s Corporate Headquarters and Main Distribution facility. LPC served as exclusive marketing agent for the ownership of 195 Wildwood and procured the long-time client, J.N. Phillips, as a tenant in a direct deal.
Second, to make way for JNP at 195 Wildwood, LPC assisted long time tenant at 195 Wildwood, New England Industrial Truck (NEIT) in completing a lease to relocate to 18,000 SF at 220 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington. LPC represented the ownership of 220 Ballardvale, Carlisle Capital in the seven (7) year pact bringing the 220,000 SF Ballardvale Business Center to 100% occupancy.
Third, to make room for NEIT at 220 Ballardvale, LPC assisted the existing tenant Industrial Protection Products (IPP) in a lease to relocate its showroom to 50 Concord Street, Wilmington. LPC represented the IPP in the market search and worked with Mike Truesdale of Cummings Properties to complete the 5-year transaction.
