Lincoln Property Company and Invesco announced today that CarGurus has signed a lease to expand their Cambridge presence to 55 Cambridge Parkway in East Cambridge. CarGurus will occupy 30,534 square feet at 55 Cambridge Parkway for an extended lease term. 55 Cambridge Parkway is owned by Invesco, who purchased the building in 2006.
“We are thrilled to have come to an agreement with CarGurus at 55 Cambridge Parkway,” says Jeffery C. Moore, Vice President at Lincoln Property Company. “With the great views of the Boston skyline and Charles River, private outdoor balcony, ample parking and bike storage, updated lobby and direct connection to the Royal Sonesta with multiple food and beverage options, conference center space and fitness and pool center, the building hits the majority, if not all of a tenant’s ‘wish list.’”
During lease negotiations, Invesco was represented by Jeffery C. Moore, John D. Miller and Christopher Scott of Lincoln Property Company. CarGurus was represented by Nat Kessler and Adam Brinch of CBRE.
55 Cambridge Parkway is a Class A office building, built in 1985. The property is located along the Charles River, with prominent views of the Boston skyline, and will provide CarGurus employees easy access to downtown Boston. The building is currently managed by Lincoln Property Company’s Property Management team.
