LPC has announced that Brendan Miller and Rob Cronin completed a marketing assignment in Newmarket Square, Boston with the lease of a freestanding 27,500 SF refrigerated distribution building. LPC represented the longtime property owner and occupant, Katsiroubas Brothers Fruit and Produce, in the marketing of the property and throughout lease negotiations.
40 Newmarket Square will become the long-term home of Whitsons Culinary Group, a distributor of culinary products and dining services to institutions.
