Company History
Founded in 1965 by chairman Mack Pogue, Lincoln Property Company initially developed residential properties exclusively. By the early 1970’s Lincoln began to diversify its product line to include office, retail, and industrial properties. Early experience as a developer and owner naturally led Lincoln to become a premier real-estate service organization offering a full range of asset management, property management, and construction management products and services. Today, LPC has a strong presence in over 40 residential and commercial real estate markets around the world, and has grown into a full-service real estate provider globally.
