The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company today announced that it has negotiated a 29,757-square-foot office lease on behalf of OneShield, Inc. in Marlborough, MA.
OneShield, Inc. is an insurance software and services provider to the property and casualty market. The company leased 29,757 square feet of office space on the second (2nd) floor at 62 Forest Street in Marlborough, MA in an effort to upgrade the quality of their headquarters facility and to take advantage of significant concessions being offered by Landlords along Interstate-495. OneShield currently occupies space at 300 Friberg Parkway in Westborough, which the company will be vacating in order to move to Marlborough over the summer.
“OneShield was looking to create a more cutting-edge image for their headquarters that better reflected the Insurance software products they offer. In addition, they were looking to take advantage of an improving, but still relatively soft Marlborough office market,” stated Tim Latham, Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. “Fortunately, we found a very responsive Landlord in Great Point Investors, LLC who helped enable the transaction.”
