The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company today announced that it has negotiated a 181,980-square-foot lease with EXEL Inc at 530 John Hancock Road in Taunton.
530 John Hancock Road, located in the Myles Standish Industrial Park, will be the home to Exel Logistics storage and distribution operations for EMD/Millipore. EXEL Inc specializes in the logistics industry – efficient and effective management of their customers’ flow-of-goods from origin to end consumer, including any number of destinations in between. 530 John Hancock Road will be fully occupied by EXEL Inc
The owner of the asset, a client of Invesco Real Estate, 530 John Hancock, Inc., was represented by Ellison Patten, Vice President and Ned Halloran, Assistant Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. “We are very pleased that EXEL Inc will be occupying 530 John Hancock,” said Halloran. “EXEL’s decision to lease 530 John Hancock Road is a testament to the strong ownership and quality of the facility.” “The building is a premier distribution facility offering best in class fire suppression, clear height and loading capabilities.”
