The deal represents a renewal of their existing data center facility. The site will continue to act as a mission critical environment for Broadview and their respective clients.
500 Rutherford Avenue, owned by Nordic Properties, is a three story, 300,000 SF office building located near I-93. The building was constructed in 1928 and was renovated in 1997.
