The deal represents a consolidation and expansion of the existing Hudson office and an office in Woburn. The new facility will provide a more collaborative environment and close proximity to the highway system to ensure SMS customers continue to receive unparalleled support for their IT services.
2 Cabot Road, owned by New Boston Fund, is a 147,037 office & r&d building located at the crossroads of I-495 & I-290. The building was constructed in 1985 and was most recently the corporate headquarters for ACT Electronics.
