Lincoln Property Company announced today that it has brokered the renewal of three leases totaling approximately 13,000 square feet of office space at 99 Chauncy Street in downtown Boston.

Michael Edward, senior vice president at Lincoln Property Company, who serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building, represented the landlord, AP Levin Real Estate, in all three transactions.

Here are details on the three leases:

• Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI), a nonprofit legal services organization committed to promoting social and economic justice across Massachusetts through advocacy, education and legal action, renewed its 8,950-square-foot office lease.

• The Center for Law and Education, a national support center that strives to make the right of all students to quality education a reality and help enable communities to address their own public education problems effectively, renewed its office lease for 2,493 square feet.

• The Freedom Trail Foundation, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to marketing, promoting and preserving Boston’s Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile path that leads to 16 of the country’s most significant historical landmarks, renewed its lease of 1,500 square feet. Peter Farnum of FHO Partners represented the tenant in this transaction.

Late last year, the Division of Capital Asset Management, a state agency responsible for major public building construction and real estate services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, renewed its 14,000-square-foot lease and added an additional 7,000 square feet, totaling 21,000 square feet of office space at 99 Chauncy Street.

“We’re very pleased that these tenants have renewed and expanded their leases at 99 Chauncy Street,” said Mr. Edward. “These renewals show a great confidence in the building’s quality, its strategic location and numerous area amenities.”
