BOSTON (Dec. 9, 2009)—The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company has brokered a new 4,656-square-foot office lease at 129 South Street in Boston, making the six-story building fully leased.
The Barbarian Group, a New York-based digital services firm with offices in Boston and San Francisco, leased 4,656 square feet of office space on the second floor of the building, bringing it to full occupancy.
Stephanie T. Richard, an associate at Lincoln Property Company, which serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, along with Senior Vice President Michael S. Edward, SIOR, represented the landlord, Winhall Companies. CRESA Partners’ James M. Topper, a principal, and Brandon Leitner, an advisor, represented the Barbarian Group in the transaction.
“We welcome the Barbarian Group as the newest tenant in the building,” said Ms. Richard. “The strategic location of 129 South Street, which is near South Station, has attracted a number of small to mid-sized tenants in recent months. We’re very pleased that the building is fully leased.”
Black Screen Studios is another new tenant that recently signed a 1,970-square-foot office lease on the 4th floor of the building.
Built in 1899, the six-story, 47,000-square-foot office building at 129 South Street in Boston was fully renovated in 1988.
