LPC’s North Suburban Team of Rob Cronin and Jack Fisher represented the ownership, PGA Realty Company, and directly procured a full-building tenant for the R&D/office property.
Eckert & Ziegler, a publicly traded German-based life sciences company, manufactures radiopharmaceuticals used in cancer treatment and research. The 10-year deal at 25 Upton Drive reinforces Eckert & Ziegler’s aggressive growth strategy and continued commitment to its Greater Boston client base. The biopharma tenant plans to move into their new space in the second quarter of 2020.

The Landlord, PGA Realty Company, is a family-owned-and-operated real estate development firm established in the by the Crocker family in the mid-1960’s.
