The Challenge

Cadence Capital was in desperate need of additional space in a building that could not provide it. Its lease also had a term that would not allow Cadence to vacate without taking sublease risk.

Our Strategy:

To provide our client with a comprehensive survey that would provide Cadence with its required space and future growth space. Simultaneous to researching the market we implemented a subleasing strategy to reduce our clients overall rent exposure in the event of an early move.

The Results:

Lincoln Property Company was able to secure Cadence Capital the additional space needed in a premier office building with options over the term of their lease for additional space. We were also able to secure a subtenant for Cadence's former space thereby reducing its total rent exposure in the short term.
