The Challenge

Lincoln Property Company represented CC&F in the acquisition of a 50 acre campus with a 147,000 SF building on University Ave, Norwood. By all measurements this campus is an anomaly being so large and so close to the Metropolitan Boston Area and highway system. Due to an extremely complicated ownership and debt structure this property was not sold or leased and occupied for many years missing the spike of the early 2000's.

Our Strategy:

Lincoln Property Company persevered in understanding all the nuances of the ownership, loan holders, debt and secondary debt to be able to lay out an achievable road map to closing.

The Results:

CC & F was ultimately successful is closing on the property in December of 2003.
